I just realized as I was taking a walk that I'm twenty-three. I've been twenty-three for a few months but for the first time it has just now settled in. I know twenty-three isn't old, but as a kid, I remember people who were just over the age of twenty-one I found to be uninteresting mostly because it seemed liked I couldn't relate to someone that age. The good thing is I think plenty of kids are able to relate to me. At least I think the middle schoolers at East Evangelical Free can.

I've decided today from now on this will be a quote of the day blog. Today is October 25th 2010.

Yesturday
I saw a squirrel yesturday digging a hole in the ground about to bury the nut that was in his mouth when he noticed that I was watching him while I was taking my third walk for the day since it was so beautiful outside. I continued on my walk and once he realized that I was not after his nut, he continued to bury it. The important thing to point out is that I did not disturb the squrriel or disturb the resting place of the squirrel's nut. I am not David Crowder.
